About Mummy Fitness

Hi, Hallo, Salut, Ciao! I’m Giulia

Fitness is a big part of who I am: I am a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach (MSc) and Pre & Post-Natal Fitness Specialist. My goal is to help mothers navigate pregnancy to the best of their ability, physically prepare for birth and properly recover and reconnect with their body following birth.

How did Mummy Fitness come about?

When my sister Anna had her first baby boy, I witnessed how difficult it was for her to find the time to exercise and lose the extra baby weight she carried from pregnancy. So I thought to myself: I can help her. In fact, not just her but also the many other mothers who find themselves in a similar situation.

So I dove deep into the science of pregnancy fitness and created something that helps mothers stay fit and healthy while connecting to their body.

All of this knowledge and hard work has served me as an incredible tool while navigating my first pregnancy and postpartum and figuring out how to incorporate fitness with the busy mom-life.
